2. Our services

Nexalyzewebs provides web design, web development, e-commerce, web application, and related digital services. Every engagement begins with a written scope, timeline, and price agreed before work starts.

The prices published on this site are starting points for standard scopes. Your final quote depends on your specific requirements and is always confirmed in writing before any payment.

3. Quotes, payments and refunds

Projects typically begin with an upfront deposit, with the balance due on delivery, as set out in your project agreement. We do not begin work before the deposit is received.

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a refund of payments for undelivered work. Deposits cover reserved time and completed discovery work and are otherwise non-refundable once work has started.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content or materials required for your project. Delays in providing these may extend the project timeline.

You confirm that any material you supply (text, images, logos) is yours to use or properly licensed.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in your project remain under their own licenses.

6. Warranties and liability

We build to professional standards and fix defects in our work reported within a reasonable period after launch at no extra charge. Ongoing updates, content changes, and third-party costs (hosting, domains, subscriptions) are not included unless agreed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

7. Portfolio and concept work

Some pieces in our portfolio are client projects; others are design concepts and demo work created to demonstrate our craft. Concept pieces are labelled as such and are not presented as client work.
